Lifecycle Management
We retain data only for as long as it remains relevant to the systemic health of your project. Professional contact details are held for the duration of our relationship and 7 years thereafter, as required for statutory audit.
Once the lifecycle is complete, data is subjected to a permanent cryptographic wipe from our production and backup environments. Verification certificates for erasure are provided to enterprise clients upon request.
Individual Sovereignty Rights
You maintain full control over your personal presence within our systems. Under the PDPA and GDPR-aligned standards, you may exercise the following:
